Bored with your special diet and 'Groundhog Day' factor - re-running the same stock recipes? In just two sessions, learn safe skills to revolutionise your food allergy   or intolerance cooking, using techniques and substitute ingredients to extend  and revamp your repertoire!

Looking for an innovative and unusual gift for someone with special dietary needs (including multiple restrictions)  - or for yourself!)?  A  cookery class / course designed for specific dietary requirements can really 'make a big difference to someone's life'

We want to make sure these speciality cookery courses are accessible to everyone so offer them at the down to earth price of just £140 which includes accommodation
with a light allergy specific breakfast - and you eat all you cook for either lunch or dinner (which is substantial to say the least!)

Special Dietary Cookery Course Details:

The cookery school is based in a country house near Taunton in Somerset

Learn to cook twelve tallor-made allergy free dishes (including bread) over 2 days with on site Bed and (light) Breakfast accommodation included.

Days normally start at 10am with coffee and end with lunch at approximately 1.30pm leaving your afternoons free to explore Taunton and the beautiful West Country -
 or you can just relax and enjoy the facilites on offer at your accommodation.
(please note sometimes afternoon classes or a combination of morning and afternoon classes may be offered subject to availablity) .

CookAbility believe in hands on experience and therefore there is very little demonstration and all ingredients are included.

Private special dieary cookery courses for min 2 people or Private Group courses for up to 7 people (subject to availablibilty)

At the end of each special dietary class all dishes cooked will be eaten for lunch or dinner and participants will take the recipes and course notes home with them.

The perfect, unusual allergy friendly present for friends, couples, families,  birthdays, Christmas or any occasion.

I night's accommodation is included on a shared room basis - sole occupancy can be arranged subject to availablity at at supplement of £7.

This great West Country location offers lots to do and see in your spare time.
