to offer dedicated 2 Day Special Dietary Cookery Courses (shared B&B accommodation included)

Bored with your special diet and 'Groundhog Day' factor - re-running the same stock recipes? In just half a day, learn skills to revolutionise your gluten dairy & egg free cooking, using techniques and substitute ingredients to revamp your repertoire!

Looking for an innovative and unusual gift for someone with multiple special dietary needs (or treat yourself!)? A special dietary cookery class / course can really make a difference - so 'make someone's life' with a Gluten Dairy and Egg Free Cookery Course!

We aim to make the cookery courses accessible to everyone so are offered at the down to earth price of just £120 per session which includes accommodation

with a gluten dairy & egg free breakfast!

Cookery Course Details:

Learn to cook twelve Gluten Dairy & Egg Free dishes (including bread) over 2 days with Bed and Breakfast accommodation included.

Days start at 10am with coffee and end with lunch at approximately 1.30pm leaving your afternoons free to explore Taunton and the beautiful West Country -
or you can just relax with your coursemates and enjoy the facilites on offer at your accommodation.

CookAbility believe in hands on experience and therefore there is very little demonstration and all ingredients are included.

Groups will be kept small at 4-7 people so early booking is recommended!

At the end of each gluten dairy & egg free class all dishes cooked will be eaten for lunch and participants will take the recipes home with them.

The perfect, unusual gluten dairy & egg free present for couples, families, birthdays, Christmas or any occasion.

Accommodation is on a shared room basis - sole occupancy can be arranged subject to availablity at at supplement of £7

Each date below will be allocated to just one specific Special Dietary Cookery Workshop - either Dairy Free or Gluten Free or Gluten & Dairy Free or Gluten Dairy & Egg Free. Dates for cookery class type will depend on numbers so if we can ask you to please bear with us and diarise all dates below intially and we will confirm your date as soon as possible. Rest assured we'll do our utmost to accommodate your preferences. If you cannot make the final date allocated you'll have priority regarding the date of your next suitable cookery class. If a workshop does not make a minimum numbers to operate, you'll be offered another date, voucher or refund.
