Eating out with a food allergy or intolerance or on a special diet can be bit of a lottery - a rare night out or break can be ruined if you end up somewhere unhelpful or not experienced in catering for more complex or mutliple special diets. The hassle and embarrassment of having to explain and insist often makes you wonder why you bothered! And if they get it wrong...a big waste of quality time and money and even illness. Even more so when it's a holiday or weekend break that's at stake.

Whereas staff do change and there are no absolute guarantees, our huge database of allergy friendly eateries and places to stay has been built up over time from both our own research and from recommendations by people just like you who have the T-shirt and know the score. As long as we cover the admin cost and put a few pennies in the campaign fund we're happy to prepare a personal list for your individual special dietary requirements / preferences / needs

Once you have cleared our check out, simply email your special dietary requirement type(s) and geographical areas of interest (remembering to let us know who you are!) and we'll match and suggest 10 special diet friendly venues which have proved helpful in catering for others with similar requirements to yours. We keep our records as up to date as possible but as things can change overnight, we cannot recommend strongly enough that you call the restaurant or hotel beforehand to give fair warning & discuss the menu and your requirements.
