Special Dietary Information: All flavours are suitable for coeliacs and are gluten wheat soya yeast shellfish and citrus free. Please see individual pack listings as not all flavours are suitable for all the Special Diets shown above (Caesar, Tasty Tomato and Romana have exclusions).  All flavours are low fat low carb and low cholesterol and suitable for weight loss diets.

No Added Salt or Sugar etc indicates that none were added in production but note that these may occur naturally.

Although no nuts are present during production,  raw ingredients are bought in and so traces of nuts may have been present during the drying and storage stages.
Also suitable for other exclusion/special diets (but please check with your doctor or dietitian). If you have an known allergy to any herbs and spices please check the individual lists of ingredients carefully.
