Recommended Dosage

As a food supplement take one to three tablets daily with food. Swallow with water.

Ingredients

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid prep), di-calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, citrus bioflavonoids, lecithin, magnesium stearate, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Nutritional Information

One tablet provides: Vitamin C 1000mg (1667% Recommended Daily Allowance), Citrus Bioflavonoids 100mg.
Energy, Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat content negligible.
