Holsome Park Farm breeds and produces rare breed meats. Located in the South Hams area of outstanding natural beauty in Devon, they are fully licensed to cut, prepare and sell their own Pedigree British White beef (from one of the top 5 pedigree herds), Jacob lamb and old breed pork (including Gloucester Old Spots). Recipes for sausages and burgers have been adapted to be gluten free so are suitable for coeliacs.
All Holsome Park animals are reared on natural diets which include grass, turnips, hay, home-grown cereals (wheat and barley). This leads to the meat having a succulent full flavoured taste.
Their meat is hung for up to three weeks to mature so you can enjoy the succulent full flavour and tenderness of quality meat, and their full time butcher prepares the meat using traditional methods. They are inspected by the Meat Hygiene service on a regular basis therefore all their meat has traceability and quality is therefore assured. When you eat meat purchased from Holsome Park you will have the reassurance of knowing exactly where it comes from.
These unique artisan meat products aren't available in shops nationally so are just a little bit special!
