G free gluten free hamper competition winner

Description

Val Jenkinson of Exeter in Devon was the surprised winner of the wonderful hamper full of gluten free goodies. Val is a vegetarian and an avid competition fan, and although not coeliac she has a friend who is who she will be inviting over to share the taste experience.

The correct answer was 1 in 100.

Hi there

Many thanks for all the superb food delivered yesterday which I won in your competition. I have been tasting and enjoying the items and have frozen some for future use. They are delicious.

I'm Mrs Valerie Ann Jenkinson, 59 years of age, vegetarian but I do eat fish! I just don't eat any meat products by choice - I enjoy making recipes for myself using quorn, tofu, beans, lentils etc. I work part-time as a Secretary at Devon County Council, and my hobbies include cycling, swimming, gym, eating out, foreign holidays, reading, computer.
