Coeliac Awareness Week - Eat Out Gluten Free Challenge - Killerton House

G- Free (who supply tasty gluten free food to National Trust properties)  have been invited by Coeliac UK to organise an 'Eat Out Gluten Free' Challenge at Killerton House to mark Coeliac Awareness Week.  Details and date of this event will be released shortly  so watch this space!  (However we can divulge that it will include a delicious 3 course gluten free meal ...)


Chefs, cooks and caterers are particularly welcome as an insight into how to cater safely for coeliac customers - who make up 1 in 100 people in the UK - Big business!

Demand for tasty interesting gluten free food is HUGE but this substantial untapped market is being overlooked by all kinds of eateries accros the board.
